About Brian
Having been self-employed for most of my life, in 2014, I made the decision to re-enter the real estate profession. I had been licensed since 1989. It occurred to me, through helping my Uncle sell his home at 74 years of age, that a Seniors Home Specialist would be in high demand. Over the past 6 years, we have helped over 100 Seniors downsize and sell their homes for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time. We bring peace of mind and a very trouble-free experience to that process!
In addition to focusing on Senior Sales and the aging concerns of Seniors, we also help first time buyers, investors, and upsizing buyers as well. In late 2019, my partner Mindy Haggerty formed PATHS, The Professional Alliance to Help Seniors network. Not only am I passionate about helping seniors through our PATHS organization I am also passionate about living life to the fullest and helping others do the same. Whether it’s helping a workout partner at the gym, fishing, hiking with family and friends, taking care of my dog, my family, my business, and friends, I do everything at 110%. And our team will give you 110%, no matter what your real estate needs or transition needs might be!
About Mindy
I have been a Real Estate agent at Keller Williams for just over 5 years. After 10 years as a stay-at-home mom to my four children (where I learned most of my negotiating skills), and relying on my background in hospitality and small business, I decided to take a leap of faith and go into real estate. My successful start in the business taught me how to balance all the challenges and moving parts a real estate transaction brings.
As my business began to grow, I found I truly enjoy working with senior clients. It is there where I felt I could make the biggest impact. As luck would have it, I teamed up with Brian in 2018 because we both share a similar passion and want to help everyone live their best life, with a focus on seniors. With the help of our compassionate, trusted vendor partners, we formed the Professional Alliance to Help Seniors (PATHS). Our work with PATHS enabled us to provide exceptional services to our clients, whether they are downsizing, aging in place, or moving to assisted or independent living.
There’s nothing like helping families find their forever home and watch their lives unfold, or helping an investor find an income-producing property that brings financial freedom. Now, as a grandmother myself, I can see a small sliver of the big picture and use my personal and professional experiences to help others in all stages of life. The relationships I’ve been able to build over the past years are priceless.
